| چکیده |
Energyefficiencyattainsincreasingattentioninproductionsystemsduetogrowingenergycostsandpublicperceptionofenvironmentallyconsciousoperations.Thepaperfeaturesacapacitatedproductionplanningandschedulingproblem(CPPS)withsequence-dependentsetupsforacontinuousproductionline.Meanwhile,en-ergyconsumptioncostsassociatedwithprocesstechniquesselectiondecisionsareincorporatedintotheCPPS.Afix-and-optimizesolutionapproachisproposedtosolvetheproblem.Extensivecomputationalexperimentsre-vealanadvantageoftheproposedapproachhavingastablecomputationalperformanceinsolutionquality.Theoptimalresultsalsoshowtheenergycuttingbenefitsoftheintegrateddecisionconsideringoperationsandenergycosts.Moreover,acasestudyofteadrinkproductionlineispresentedtodemonstratetheapplicationofthemodelandthesolutionapproach |
